Quick Wanton Soup Noodle
A simple and comforting bowl of vegetarian wanton mee in a light, savoury broth. Paired with tender wantons and fresh vegetables, this dish is quick to prepare and perfect for a warm, fuss-free meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetarian Maggi Concentrate
  • 500ml water
  • 6 frozen vegetarian wanton
  • Vegetables of choice (e.g. leafy greens)
  • 1 portion wanton noodles
  • Instructions

  • Prepare the vegetables: Blanch your preferred vegetables in boiling water, then remove and set aside.
  • Cook the wantons: Boil the frozen vegetarian wantons until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Prepare the broth: In a separate pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil. Add the vegetarian Maggi concentrate and stir until well combined.
  • Cook the noodles: Boil the wanton noodles until tender, then drain well.
  • Assemble the dish: Place the noodles in a serving bowl. Add the cooked wantons and vegetables, then pour the hot broth over everything.
  • Serve warm.
