Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Vegetarian Maggi Concentrate
500ml water
6 frozen vegetarian wanton
Vegetables of choice (e.g. leafy greens)
1 portion wanton noodles
Instructions
Prepare the vegetables: Blanch your preferred vegetables in boiling water, then remove and set aside.
Cook the wantons: Boil the frozen vegetarian wantons until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the broth: In a separate pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil. Add the vegetarian Maggi concentrate and stir until well combined.
Cook the noodles: Boil the wanton noodles until tender, then drain well.
Assemble the dish: Place the noodles in a serving bowl. Add the cooked wantons and vegetables, then pour the hot broth over everything.
